After a hiatus (about 3 years?) it’s back. Song of the Day is now Daily Download. I wanted to get this going ahead of our website refresh (coming soon) to work out all the kinks. My goal is to mix it up and keep it interesting. Some classics and loads of new exclusives. Stuff you’ll want to check out regularly and also tell your friends about.

We had a grip of fun at the music festival and met thousands of people. In addition to having one of the busiest booths in the spot, we were able to give away a ton of CDs and educate many about faith based hip-hop. We even had regular giveaways for anyone who would show us their best freestyle or beatbox. People as young as 10 and as old as 45 participated. Awesome stuff. Oh and we had a robot that dominated our dance competitions.

So I am on Facebook and get a GRIP of requests to join this or that. Because I cannot (and in some cases don’t want to) keep up with it all, I politely decline loads of invites.

Over the last few weeks I’ve been getting requests to “Become a Fan” of artists who I barely know and who certainly don’t submit junk to the website for coverage.
